Sponsors

The Goa School has received the support of several supporters through the years. We gratefully acknowledge their belief in us.

The Goa School is now a registered Trust, with an independent board of directors. We seek to raise a corpus of INR 1 Crore for our core operations in India.

A donation of INR 3,000 covers about a day’s lunch for all the Fellows at the immersion program, and INR 5,000 covers about a year’s internet charges for one staff member. INR 15,000 usually covers travel for one fellow from their hometown to Goa. The cost of boarding varies from INR 3,000-5,500 per day for a twin room on a sharing basis. You can sponsor all or some of these costs.

To give to The Goa School Trust, please write to madhuri@thegoaschool.org

Donors to the Trust so far include:

  • Lolita Mukarji Dass with a starting donation of 10,000 INR, followed by 100,000 INR (untied funds).
  • Malini Mukund Patel with a donation of 10,000 INR to support annual internet charges for two staff members.
  • Madhuri Dass Woudenberg with a donation of 1,20,000 INR to support the immersion program, and tiny grants for social change.
