The Goa School Hive Mind is an online community, consisting of all the people who have ever been a part of The Goa School, in varying capacities. This community allows for collective thinking and brainstorming, as well networking across batches of Fellows, Mentors and Speakers.
The Hive is used to share great ideas and also to host occasional group check-ins. In 2024, one of our check-ins was about love — quite a hot topic amongst Fellows! The Hive also supports big ideas and examples of changemaking from India, and from around the world.
The Hive is over 60 people strong (Figures from June 2024). Membership is voluntary. A few interesting topics shared on the Hive have included: Living through hardship, the survival of Emperor penguins, how to become a citizen reporter, art exhibits at The Red Fort in Delhi, plant-based dietary approaches, why India lags behind its neighbours, and more.
